As a holiday home and short-term holiday rental, Overeem built a smart hydronic heating and domestic hot water system that allows full control of heating and domestic hot water circulation via the internet, allowing the owner to pre-heat the home, or start hot water circulation from the comfort of their couch at home, ready for them to arrive only a few hours later to a warm home with piping hot water instantly flowing from the shower. No waiting for hot water in this home! Hot water and heating is delivered by a Bosch Air-water hydronic heat pump.
